Kitchen Counter-tops!

Our counter-tops arrived last week for the kitchen and they look amazing! We have been enjoying using our kitchen over the past few days! Here are some before and after (today!) shots.

I went on a work trip last week and I came home to visit PA for a few days. I head back tomorrow but while I was gone this past weekend Craig accomplished so much! Maybe I should go away more often!

New projects

This weekend we had a ton of fun. We made some progress on hanging the curtains. We also went and did a painting class so you'll see them make their debut in the pictures! We ran a 5k...can you find Waldo?!!?! and we enjoyed the weather by going on a bike ride. It was a good weekend! Beautiful fall weather, a gorgeous sunrise this morning AND we bought a loveseat, too!

This week I am grateful for having our bathroom back without our dishes on the counter and having a kitchen with a sink before the counter-top arrives! Also, we have a stove to use! This weekend Craig and I are going to hang our bedroom and guest bedroom curtains and do some more finishing touches on the kitchen :)

A huge thank you again to Craig's parents for all of their amazing work while they were here!

happy birthday

to Craig! Today is Craig's birthday and we get to celebrate tonight by going to one of our favorite restaurants. Also, the counter-top company comes today to take measurements for our kitchen! Hooray!

weekend adventure

Craig and I had the chance to celebrate his birthday this past weekend by going to Aspen/Snowmass and spending the weekend in the wilderness! Many thank-yous to Craig's parents for continuing to work on the house and making great updates!
